Birch

Welcome to Birch!

Welcome to Birch Class. Please see important information about our weekly routines below.

P.E. days are on Fridays and Mondays. Please make sure your child has both indoor and outdoor P.E. kit in school at all times. If your child wears earrings, please can you remove them before school on P.E. days.

Outdoor Learning: On Fridays the children spend the whole morning outside, usually in Wonder Woods. Please make sure your child comes to school wearing warm, outdoor clothes during the colder months. The more layers, the better! Children will need to bring their School Uniform to school in a named bag, to change into afterwards.

You will be kept updated regularly about any changes or additional information via Class Dojo. If you have misplaced your login, please see me and I will get a new one issued.

How To Catch A Star

Our 'Author of the Week' is Oliver Jeffers. The story 'How To Catch A Star' has taught us about the importance of perseverance, even when something seems impossible! There are lots of other great books you can check out by the same author. Look out for 'Lost and Found' 'The Way Back Home' and 'Stuck' when visiting the library, or have a look on YouTube.
